well let it put it simply 1 int= 1 dmg, but 1 affinity can mean 10/20/30+ etc dmg depending on your level. So while 1 in affinity only affects that particular tree of ESO GOLD skills(ether saga online gold), it affects all skills, affinity adds way more dmg per point spent.

Note: D.o.p. is Damage out put.

you could look at the rangers Skill more at ranger it self before you talk about Build.

Ranger:

Ranger is a Range attacker ESO GOLD like you all know.
We can Debuff opponent.
We get 3 AoE skills
We can Summon
We have Great Self cast, party buff and passive Buff
We use 2 elements Unda and Widu

Now that you know that less look at there skill.
If you look at the skill, you will notice one thing 6 of all our attack skills are under type skill and if ESO GOLD you look closer at the stat you will see that 2 of the Strongest attack skills ranger get are Unda type:
Fallen star and Sky Drop.
And what about the rest you ask?
Well the ESO GOLD rest are Debuff skill wich are all Widu Type and have a long Cool down time and there are only 2 Widu attack skill and 1 widu Aoe skill. All other skills are Curse, buff, self cast buff, party buff and passive buff.
